Base is looking for an organized, accountable, high ownership, and detail-oriented individual to join the Internal Operations team. Internal Operations encompasses all things that make the company a well-oiled machine - from Human Resources to Information Technology to accounting and facilities.
Accounting & Finance - assist the team with accounts payable and receivable, expense categorization, and regular ongoing tasks surrounding month end close as needed. Document workflow process and coordinate with vendors to establish payment standards.
Facilities - manage the entire office, R&D, and inventory facility inclusive of management of service providers, day to day tasks for employee quality of life, and upgrades/construction project management
Human Resources - be a Human Resources Business Partner, meaning a first point of contact for all questions, issues, and ongoing employee HR work.
IT - be the first point of contact for all account provisioning, device setup, collaboration, and related tasks. Manage user account onboarding and offboarding, contractor and partner access to our software tools, etc. Manage in-office networking.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HRIS tools, total rewards, and compensation best practices
Experience with basic corporate accounting principles and tools such as Quickbooks and Ramp
Experience with construction or facilities management
